Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
