- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 5-7 year business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our Austin R&D hub
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for cutting-edge research
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and investor boards
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products/services targeting 2025+ markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR metaverse)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
