Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for quantum computing applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other R&D powerhouses
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, fusion energy) for market viability
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to C-suite and board members
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and venture partnerships
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neurogenetic engineering, or climate tech
- Published author in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA contracts
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
