Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for post-2026 innovations
- Lead quantum computing and biometric interface research initiatives
- Secure strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA for deep-tech projects
- Present futurist findings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech incubation programs
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Forecast societal impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with $100M+ product launches
- Published futurist research in Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Top-secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Proven track record of patenting breakthrough innovations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
