Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to map innovation pathways for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech workshops
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, etc.)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
