Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry predictions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for future-focused solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
