Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and threats
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year market projections
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speaking and white paper publications
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of translating complex technological concepts into business value
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in technology, engineering, or futures studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature)
