Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven experience in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech engineering
- Track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Publishing record in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Deep familiarity with emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
