- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior talent in future-tech methodologies and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5-year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, spatial computing)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Successful track record scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
