Responsibilities
- Architect and lead 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Direct cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping sustainable tech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biocomputing
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM) preferred
- Experience with agile development in regulated environments (FDA, ISO)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum)
