Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on disruptive tech trends (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, climate tech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical tech adoption and regulatory compliance
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions with 3-year commercialization plans
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-tech scenarios to board members and investment committees
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology integration methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
