Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and ambient computing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
