Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for quantum computing applications in enterprise environments
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems integration
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary R&D teams across 5 global innovation hubs
- Forecast tech disruption vectors and recommend preemptive innovation strategies
- Secure $15M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Patent 3+ groundbreaking technologies annually in emerging fields
- Advise C-suite on tech policy implications for 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital >$10M
- Deep understanding of semiconductor industry roadmaps and supply chains
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
