Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite and venture partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with federal grant proposals (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Strong network with academic and industry tech pioneers
