Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability roadmap, aligning with global ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce carbon footprint by 40% through renewable energy adoption and circular economy models
- Drive stakeholder engagement with investors, NGOs, and government bodies on sustainability reporting and transparency
- Analyze sustainability data using AI-driven tools to identify optimization opportunities and ROI of green initiatives
- Oversee implementation of ESG disclosure standards and ensure compliance with evolving regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business with 5+ years of ESG strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing and scaling corporate sustainability programs with measurable KPIs
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Certification in Sustainability Management (e.g., GRI, LEED AP) preferred
