Responsibilities

- Design KPI frameworks to measure environmental impact and ROI of sustainability initiatives
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor emerging climate policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 compliance targets
- Drive internal culture change through sustainability education and employee engagement programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability or climate tech with proven 2020s-era project delivery
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon accounting standards
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability-linked financing
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for impact metrics
- Track record of scaling sustainability initiatives across diverse industries
- Strong network within climate innovation ecosystem (VCs, NGOs, policymakers)
- Certification in LEED, SBTi, or similar sustainability frameworks
