- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks with quantifiable impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging future paradigms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interaction
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience building cross-organizational innovation ecosystems
