Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to inform 5-10 year strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ business initiatives across multiple sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and update strategic frameworks quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging business paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, Technology Futures, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation trends
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
