Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, climate AI) through 2026
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability targets
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in industry whitepapers
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
