Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and distributed system architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
