Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with $50M+ budget allocation for pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers, designers, and researchers through rapid prototyping cycles
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for next-gen technological assets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2025+ tech foresight
- Expertise in emerging tech stacks (quantum algorithms, generative AI, blockchain consensus)
- Successful track record of launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
