Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing solutions
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting carbon-negative technology and circular economy models
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab in agile methodologies and emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Experience with federal/state innovation grant programs (SBIR, etc.)
- Certified in Innovation Management (CEIM) or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
