- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders securing buy-in and resources
- Mentor innovation champions across the organization fostering a future-ready culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications beyond current trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic plans
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-impact projects
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, R&D institutions)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred; MBA from top-tier institution a plus
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
