Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with global policymakers on tech governance standards
- Drive innovation in sustainable resource allocation models
- Present findings to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation futurists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling future-focused initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong ethical reasoning and systems thinking abilities
