Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for exponential disruption in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force with industry partners
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Credibility with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on future trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
