Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for long-term product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future visions into actionable development priorities
- Represent the company at industry forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish cross-departmental innovation workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology foresight and emerging trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable technology domains
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments with product development lifecycles
