Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech foresight (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory trends
