Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile environments
- Design and facilitate future-back innovation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce foresight reports translating complex trends into actionable business opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futures, strategy, or innovation publications
