As a cornerstone of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, climate scientists, and neurotech pioneers to develop actionable frameworks for the next decade. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, rapid prototyping, and audacious ambition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026-2035 horizon scanning frameworks across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive megatrends
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, biotech acceleration, and sustainable tech
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend briefs for Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $2M annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-of-work research
- Build and lead a 12-person cross-disciplinary futurist team
- Present strategic foresight at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Fluency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Horizonscanning.io)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
