Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruption vectors in quantum computing, bio-engineering, and AI ethics
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on paradigm shifts in human-machine collaboration
- Design prototype frameworks for metaverse integration and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate futuristic concepts through pilot programs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent advanced degree with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of published predictions required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
