- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Strong communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
