Responsibilities

- Create actionable roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior analysts in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
