Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision across product, technology, and market domains
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring 2026 readiness and market disruption
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and disruption forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space tech)
