- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market signals, and socio-economic patterns through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks, including scenario planning and trend impact assessments
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and visualization
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor competitive landscapes and global disruptions to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Quantify future market potential and ROI projections for emerging ventures
- Build and curate an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and societal megatrends
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
