Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market shifts, geopolitical changes, and technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare organizations for 2026 business environments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating complex futures into strategic priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into corporate DNA
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic change methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published thought leadership on future trends or strategic foresight topics
