Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create roadmaps for quantum software-hardware integration
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, simulation, and optimization
- Advise on quantum security standards for 2026 infrastructure
- Present quantum computing solutions to Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubits or trapped ion systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum applications
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD)
