Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
