Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging 2026 technological paradigms
- Lead quantum/AI integration projects for next-gen autonomous systems
- Design sustainable tech frameworks for circular economy applications
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets across 8+ concurrent innovation sprints
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research labs on bleeding-edge prototyping
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external venture partners
- Mentor 12+ engineers in rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ in strategic planning
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum algorithm design
- Portfolio of commercialized tech products (min. 3)
- Expertise in scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing stacks
- Scrum Master/SAFe certification preferred
