- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and long-term growth
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior talent in innovation methodologies and future-focused thinking
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIPM) preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments
