- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to incubate and scale moonshot initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 market entry
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's innovation capacity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects to commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation management
