Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints combining AI, quantum, and green tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design and validate prototype solutions for future market scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Build and mentor an internal innovation incubator team
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across executive and technical teams
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (e.g., TQM, Blue Ocean Strategy)
