Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market needs and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AR/VR, neuromorphic chips, climate AI) for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with proven future-planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech)
- Track record of launching commercially successful future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation frameworks implemented in production environments
