Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-positive infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and business analysts to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in biotech, space exploration, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and technological adoption curves
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for next-gen research
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal implications of 2026 technological shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market maturity
