Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
