Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-resistant cybersecurity solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI ethics frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M for future-tech initiatives
- Drive sustainability integration into all innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience securing federal grants for long-term R&D projects
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystems
