Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching quantum computing or AI initiatives
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech
- Experience securing $3M+ in government/venture funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Public speaking experience at TechCrunch Disrupt or similar forums
