Responsibilities

- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Facilitate future-proofing workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in 2026 business ecosystems
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI in future-facing markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 innovation impact metrics
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFPC, CPSM)
