- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets with ROI-driven decision making
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

- Foster a culture of innovation through hackathons, incubation programs, and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
