Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage a network of industry disruptors, academic partners, and venture capital firms
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from concept validation to market launch
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in emerging tech sectors
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin, etc.)
