Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech integration
- Identify emerging disruptors and establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Design scalable frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration ecosystems
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or patents in emerging tech
